Me, Simon Evans and Paul Owen will be embarking on the Epic Bike Ride on the 31st of July. That involves cycling around all the Careers Wales North West offices in a day. This covers quite a distance and we'll be covering Holyhead, Bangor, Caernarfon, Porthmadog, Llandudno, Colwyn Bay and Rhyl. We've mapped out the route and we're looking at roughly 117 miles. Ouch!!

We'll be raising money for St Davids Hospice in Llandudno. This hospice cares for adults living with cancer and terminal illnesses. They have also in the past year cared for one of my colleagues in work who was diagnosed with cancer last summer. So its definately a worthy cause, if you would like to know more visit www.stdavidshospice.org
