Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Me I'm swimming a mile in open water as a new experience this year. I've done charitry runs before now but over the last few years Incipient Auldgitdom is taking its toll and running any decent distance or at any decent speed just isn't in the legs any more

Heres a few shots of my first attempt in the wetsuit just off the beach at Cocklawburn near Berwick. Still struggling with the wetsuit (I mean that literally it does feel like I'm in a wrestling bout inside it at the moment) but I hope to do the mile in reasonable order on September the 13th

If you can't get to my form please donate this way instead.
