Sadly early this year Sophie who is one of my oldest and greatest friends, dad died. Richard Irish who died of prostate cancer. Lionel was such a legend - once met never forgotten. He was so funny, kind, rude and knowledgeable. I've decided to do the Bristol Half Marathon this september and rasie money on behalf of Richard Irish and to help support the fight against Prostate Cancer. Thank you for all you donations! Kate x
