Once again, I am taking part in this years Royal Parks Half Marathon.

 I am aiming for under 1 hour 40 minutes and to finish in the top 1000 (I was 1001st last year!)

I am running for Rianna's Fund, a charity that supports vulnerable children in Africa and India.
