I'M RUNNING THE BRISTOL 10K FOR BRISTOL MIND CHARITY

1 in 4 people in the UK will experience emotional distress at some point in their lives and many of us will be touched personally by loosing someone close to us.

 

There are lots of reasons why people suffer emotional distress and in today’s challenging climate I think it is more likely that stress and anxiety will impact many more people during this economic depression. I had two calls recently from contacts that have recently lost loved ones through emotional distress following redundancy and financial pressures. 

So I've decided, once again, to get my trainers back on and help raise much needed funds for our local Bristol Mind charity.

 

Many of us may not know that Bristol Mind are our own locally registered Mind charity and they have to raise their own funds constantly to keep the Bristol Mind line and other services in operation. These are important services to those experiencing emotional distress and can help people before things gets too bad.    

 

I know it’s challenging times but any loose change you can spare on your credit card would be put to good use by Bristol Mind and will help us to support people locally.
