Story
In February 2010 I was diagnosed with severe migraines after having suffered a year of unexplained blackouts, but I knew very little about the affliction most people think of as just headaches before then. Therefore, I think it is important to both make people aware of exactly how bad migraines can be, as well as trying to help those who suffer. That is why I have chosen to spend two weeks this summer cycling from Land's End to John o'Groats in aid of The Migraine Trust. Please do give as much as you can for a very worthwhile cause.
