Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

So this is the Big One for this year - 430 miles in a week from one end of Ireland (Malin Head - you may have heard of it on the Shipping Forecast) to Mizen Head in the south - all under the power of my own two legs.

My last event - the Etape Caledonia - at 81 miles was the furthest I've ever cycled in a day. I'm now going 5 times as far fuelled, presumably, by Guinness or Murphy's (depending on which part of the country I'm in).

Again, I'm doing this for Teenage Cancer Trust and the fantastic work they do for teenagers and their familities blighted by this terrible disease. Charlie and the rest of us were supported so much by TCT and I'm determined to help others through TCT's great work.
