Being a glutton for punishment I've decided to run the Robin Hood Half Marathon this year on Sunday 12th September. Not sure why really as I'm a bit of a rubbish runner - but if anything is going to make me improve it's the prospect of a 13 mile trip!

Please give generously as it's a great cause and they would really appreciate the help.
