I am running the half marathon in aid of Compton Hospice in Wolverhampton that looked after my cousin Jon in his final few weeks. I would like to say the care they gave him was exceptional and unique, but it wasn't, it's the same level of care they give to all the patients at the hospice. And that makes their work even more special and important.

Please help me to remember my cousin Jon in the best way I can by raising some much needed money for the Hospice and enable them to give the same dignified care to other patients that they gave to my surrogate big brother.

He was a wonderful man and I will never forget him.
