If you are here it means you are about to donate some money to a good cause - well done you! You are clearly a good egg!

Currently I am raising money for and asking you to donate to LINC, they are brilliant people dedicated to supporting patients and their families affected by leukaemia, lymphoma and other blood cancers. A worthy cause I think you will agree, and one that may affect any of us at any time!

Please donate as little or as much as you like, as long as it is something - every little helps!

In return for your donation I will be competing (loosely translated as suffering) the Cheltenham triathlon which involves:

500m Swim
15km Cycle
2.75Km Run
