<p>I'm running the Cardiff Half Marathon on 14th October 2012 to raise money for Age Cymru, the national charity for older people in Wales.</p> <p>The My Home Life Cymru project which the charity runs aims to celebrate existing best practice in care homes and promote care homes as a positive option for older people. The programme aims to do this through the development of a range of resources, events, practice development initiatives and other activities throughout Wales.<br><br>The project is for care home providers, residents, relatives or visitors to homes, members of staff and commissioners of care home services and it is successfully working with over 35 care homes already in Wales to ensure best practice is delivered. I believe it is an excellent project that is deserving of your charitable support.</p> <p>So please support the project and sponsor me in my first half marathon atttempt!
