Pilgrims Hospices In East Kent - Cycle Challenges · 6 May 2012 ·

Pilgrims Hospices is a charity providing palliative care, free of charge, to people in east Kent. For people with a range of life-limiting illnesses, specialist services are provided from our three hospices in Canterbury, Ashford and Thanet, in patients' homes and via community programmes.

Story

To my Friends, Family and all you kind charitable people,

On Sunday 6th May, I will be taking part in the Pilgrims Hospice Cycle Challenge 2012. I shall be pedling like crazy, sweating and chaffing for a grand distance of 75 miles (thats really far) around the streets of East Kent in a bid to raise money for Pilgrims Hospice.

Pilgrims hospice is an amazing Charity who supports terminal cancer patients and their families. I have seen their work first hand as my Uncle sadly passed away recently from brain and spinal cancer, aged 45. It is in his memory and for my Aunt and cousins that I am taking the challenge to help the Hospice to carry on their invaluable work and asking for your support.

Please give what you can, every little helps and goes directly to where it is needed. Your support would mean a lot.

Thanks so much!

Rich
