Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I spent 7 months living in Uganda last year and it has made a lasting impression on me of how serious the problem of HIV/AIDS is in Sub-Saharan Africa. It can often feel like such a big issue it is hard to know how to help. I believe an organisation called Cherish Uganda is brilliant and needs our financial support. Therefore, I've decided to run a half marathon to raise money for it!

Cherish Uganda is a brilliant organisation. I have been genuinely impressed by the completely holistic approach which they are taking towards the huge problem of orphans due to the HIV/AIDS epidemic.

The half marathon is on rough terrain, it is known as an ultra half-marathon!!
