<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: center;"><strong>!!!!! THIS YEAR WE ARE AIMING TO RAISE £5,000 !!!!!</strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">On 10<sup>th</sup> July 2011 the second Annual Sponsored Walk/Ride will take place at Saint Dominic’s.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Its purpose is to raise much needed funds to help the work of Fanning The Flame.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Prices have not been raised for many years because we want to enable as many young people as possible to take part.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Proceeds from this year’s Sponsored Walk/Ride will subsidise those children who cannot afford to pay.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>It costs an arm and a leg to hire marquees, toilets and showers for the camp.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>We also provide information packs for the children and this year will include a copy of Pope Benedict’s Youth Catechism.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Monies raised for the camp also subsidise Fanning The Flame’s expanding work in nine Scottish schools.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">We invite you to take part in this year’s Sponsored Walk/Ride and get your own sponsors or send in some money to sponsor the Sisters and Father Richard who are going to walk one mile (Father Richard and Sister Veronica), four miles (Sister Maria on crutches with Sister Julie) or eight miles (Sister Hyacinthe and Sister Mary Benedicta).</p>
