As you may be aware my sister tragically lost her battle with depression last month and took her own life. Many children are in the same position and don’t realise that there is help out there for them.

Chantelle was a victim of bullying and I believe this played a part in the way she was feeling. Schools need to do more and there needs to be more support offered to those that are struggling at the hands of bullies.

By helping these charities, it means some good can come from my sister’s death and other children can be saved from the same fate.
