A colleague has been diagnosed with terminal protstate cancer and given as little as two years to live. I am delighted to say that he has to date defied his earliest prognosis and is still running ultramarathons, inspiring others to enjoy life to the full whilst raising funds and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK. I think such a story puts many things into perspective.

To support the cause and ensure that children of today and tomorrow never have to deal with this indiscriminate disease I, along with 60 colleagues, are walking a marathon on Friday 19th May to raise funds for this important charity.
