Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This page is in memory of a very special person: my uncle Richard. Unfortunately he passed away unexpectedly last year, but not before he had the chance to make some amazing friends under the care of Enable Scotland.

For around 4 months before his passing Richard stayed in full time care in an great home for adults with special needs called Balshagray House. Here he made some amazing friends and had the time of his life. The staff there are so kind and helpful, and it was such a lovely environment to be in. And as you can see from my photos, Richard had a blast with his new friends and all the carers!

He also attended the Southbrae adult day care centre for a number of years. His Monday’s at the centre where the highlight of his week and all he could talked about.

So with his anniversary coming up on 7 July I decided I would like to give something back to Enable to help them with the fantastic work that they do and to continue giving the opportunities that they offer to special people like Richard. Can you help me double my donation?
