The Prince's Trust Palace to Palace 2016 · 2 October 2016 ·

The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

With a young family to support on a meagre HPE salary I've had to consider ways of supplementing my income. I understand Rickshaw cabbing can be quite lucrative, how hard could it be?

It turn's out, very hard. So I'm extremely daunted by the prospect of a 45 mile ride from Buckingham to Windsor Palace in support of the Princes Trust. Apparently Rickshaws average 5-6mph so it should take around 9 hours :(

But it is in support of the 40th anniversary of the very worthy Princes Trust. The Princes Trust provides vital financial and practical support to vulnerable young people needed to stabilise their lives, develop self esteem and skills for work.
