I got asked to do this by a good friend of mine Paul Street who is celebrating 10 years of remission from Leukaemia and I wanted to join him in the celebration and also try and do my bit to help Beat Blood Cancer. After committing to this I was joined by some other good mates of mine Owain Davies, Chris Atkinson and Guy Harrison. It is going to be a tough 4 days covering 500 km but I am looking forward to it and trying to put in as many miles in my legs as possible.
