She lives a healthy life thanks to the heel prick test performed at birth and a protein restricted diet. The NSPKU exists to help and support people with PKU, their families and carers. It promotes the care and treatment of PKUs and works closely with medical professionals in the UK.</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
