I completed the race in 55 minutes!!!!

I have now entered a 5k Santa Dash in December

After much deliberation, I have chosen the Alzheimers Society as my chosen charity.

It is a Member organisation, which works to improve the quality of life of people affecred by dementia in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Please give a little to this charity and ensure I give it my all for the run!
