So, I set myself a couple of off and on road cycling challenges for Caravan this year...........Not only will I be attempting to complete the South Downs 'Lemming Run' on the 5th & 6th of September (Winchester to Eastbourne - 101 miles of punishing climbs and fantastic downhills !) but I am also attempting to cycle from London - Paris on the 17th, 18th & 19th September  (230 miles in 3 days). 

It's going to be a painful month one way or another !!!
