Richard Cowling last ran the London Marathon 25 years ago, now at the age of 47 he is back in training and kindly agreed to run for Friends of OSCAR.

Richard is keen to support Friends of OSCAR as his good friend and long term work colleague ’s grand daughter, Ellie was diagnosed aged 4 with a Brain Tumour. The friends and support that she and her family have found from OSCAR has been a great help.
