This June I'm taking part in the British Gas organised Swim Britain event which is aiming to help raise £1million for Great Ormond Street Ch​ildren's Charity.

GOSH is one of the World’s leading children’s hospitals, dedicated to children’s healthcare and to finding new and better ways to treat childhood illnesses - hopefully you will agree with me that this is therefore a worth cause.

Having never swam in open water before I expect this mile swim will be a challenge and so to aid with motivation I’d ask you all to dig deep and donate now.
