<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>As some of you may know, I lost my Father to Cancer a few years ago and as you can imagine, it has been a very difficult time for me and my family.</p> <p>In his memory I have chosen to raise money for Bowel Cancer UK, in the hope that they can carry on important research and offer treatment to others.</p> <p>I am taking part in one of the hardest 1 day cycle rides in the country on June 10th 2012. The ride is called The Dragon Ride, it is part of the UCI Golden Bike World Series and is in Wales, across the Brecon Beacons and has 3,500 meters of ascent, which is 3 times the height of Ben Nevis!</p> <p>Please help support me and Bowel Cancer UK by donating anything you can.</p> <p>Thank you for your support</p> <p>Richard&nbsp;</p>
