The 100k Challenge · 17 December 2012
2013 is going to be a big year. Big races and a big fundraising target!
This year I'm taking part in 100k of adventure races to raise more than £1,000 for Birmingham Children's Hospital. Whether its £5 to fund some crayons and colouring books whilst waiting for test results, or £42,000 for a life saving machine that operates as a mechanical heart. Charitable donations are key to making Birmingham Children's Hospital what it is; a centre of paediatric excellence that the whole country depends on. Visit http://www.bch.org.uk to find out more about the great work they do.
To do my part I’m running several Adventure Races over the year including:
Hell Runner 10-12 miles multi-terrain run
Wolf Run – 10k of wild terrain running
Thunder Run – 24hr relay race
The Great Birmingham Run
