On the 17th of December 2010 Rich passed away in his sleep due to a freak occurence related to Diabetes. Richard had lived with Type 1 Diabetes for six years since the age of 16, he was always hopeful of research that would deliver a future without the disease. This is why his family, friends and collegues have chosen to enter the 2011 Windsor Half Marathon on 25 September and raise money for Diabetes UK. Diabetes is a terrible disease that can take the healthiest and fittest from us even at a young age! Please help us reach our target.
