<p>On the 17th of December 2010 Rich passed away in his sleep due to a freak occurence related to Diabetes. Richard had lived with Type 1 Diabetes for six years since the age of 16, he was always hopeful of research that would deliver a future without the disease. This is why his family, friends and collegues have chosen to enter the 2011 Windsor Half Marathon on 25 September and raise money for Diabetes UK.
