In November 2012 I will be running my second marathon. Last time it was London in 2008 and we raised money for the charity Sense. I managed to get round in 3 hours 28 mins.

4 years later I'm going to try to run somewhere near 3 hours in New York and will be running for the Samaritans and The Dog's Trust.
