Steve and Richard are taking part in Tough Guy 2010 and are aiming to raise £1,000 in sponsorship.  Knowing we are helping such a worthwhile cause is what will motivate us as we face the gruelling assault course in wintery conditions.

We are doing this event to support WAMDSAD in fund raising which helps disabled people get involved in sport.  One of their key objectives is to promote awareness of disability through sport and recreation and particularly the integration of disabled and able-bodied people.

It is a voluntary charitable organisation that provides sport and leisure opportunities and facilities to the physically and sensorially disabled. It has a purpose-built clubhouse in Maidenhead, Berkshire, with approximately 700 members. Without help from individuals, WAMDSAD wouldn’t be able to continue providing this fantastic facility for so many people.  And that is why we need your help!
