Story
Cancer has a done a job on my family. It took my Grandmother and my Cousin and almost got my Uncle and my Mum. All I can do to fight back, is ride and raise money to help Bloodwise.
I attempted this ride last year , turned up in good shape but got knocked off by another rider on day one. It wasnt his fault , it was just one of those things. I ended up with a broken collar bone and had to go home to get surgery. It was a tough time but because of the generosity of friends and family, I raised a lot of money for Bloodwise and ultimatley that's all that matters.
Last year just before I set off to France I spoke to my uncle who was about to go for another surgery . He said "You keep pedaling and i'll keep getting the treatemets and we will both get there in the end"
A year later he is still with us and it's time for me to keep my part of the bargin.
Anything you can do to contribute will be really appreciated.
