My story

 

I'm running for Walkoncemore (http://www.walkoncemore.org/) at the Heaton Park 5k on October 11th.

Please sponsor me so that my good friend and colleague Paul Smith can join me on future jaunts, or at least so he can descend stairs into strip clubs.
