We are a 4 man team representing Tamar Labels attempting to complete the Samworth Challenge. The challenge is a triathlon based event entailing cycling 40-44km,canoeing 10km and running 12-15km with a height gain of 970m.

We are aiming to raise as much money as we can for Macmillan Cancer Support and in particular The Tavistock Triangle Centre.
