We raise money to improve the lives of people affected by cancer. From funding state-of-the-art equipment and groundbreaking research, to creating the very best patient environments, we will never stop looking for ways to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.

Story

You have chosen: Phil!

In June of 2012, just as everyone was getting ready for Jubilees and Olympics, my brother was diagnosed with a High Grade Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (the less common T Cell variety, for any cancer geeks) that has taken him from being a sarcastic bugger to a sarcastic, bed-ridden bugger with a near permanent presence in hospital.

After a couple of different chemotherapy treatments and a bleak New Year, he managed to get himself back to be in a position to receive a stem cell transplant (courtesy of yours truly) that would hopefully reduce the chance of the cancer returning.

This operation was done through the care and support of the Royal Marsden Hopsital, a pioneer in the field of cancer treatments and research and one which I feel deserves special attention, hence why I am hoping to raise some funds for them, if only to restock their tea bar (ahem).
