There are many charities that we all support and feel a particular connection with. For my family and I it is The Alzheimer's Society.

My Dad has been struggling with this illness for over 20 years with devastating consequences. There are many things that I wish we could have changed or have helped with. 

This why the work that The Alzheimer's Society is crucial and supports research and families like ours that have been affected by this disease. 

Also this will be a massive personal challenge for me as the furthest I have run to date is 10k....😳 !!
