In May 2017 I will be riding the 500 torturous Kilometers from my beloved home in London to Paris.  Why not just take an airplane you might ask ? Good question... well, because that's just too easy.  So instead I'll be joining hundreds of others and doing it on two wheels.  A tough task even for experienced riders...let alone a total novice like me.  So for last few months I have been committed to doing training three times a week ( its gruelling) and preparing myself for this epic adventure... Honestly... It is very tough!!!

But the reason is simple...Myeloma, is a horrific form of cancer that affects over 5,500 people each year and currently there is NO CURE - and funding is desperately needed to research this disease and provide much needed treatment.  Nobody really knows what causes it - and so its vital we do as much as we can to help those diagnosed with it.
