Story

Yo.

I am running for the London 10k run on July the 10th to raise funds/awareness for the Batten Disease Family Association which is undoubtably a really good cause. (Check out the website, I'm sure you'll agree - http://www.bdfa-uk.org.uk/).

I hoping to complete the run in under 1 hour 15 mins which, as I'm quite the fat bloke, should be a decent time.

I'm looking to raise £250 and would be greatful if you could donate a couple of quid towards the pot.

Cheers

Rob
