Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Last year I cycled across Vietnam and Cambodia to raise money for MAG. With all your help we raised a small fortune which enabled families to live on, farm and sustain a themselves without having to live with the risks of unexploded landmines from conflicts past.

This year we are cycling across Sri Lanka, a far harder route. I will be heading back to London from Chicago to meet the team & we'll head to Columbo to begin the 440km journey from coast to coast in Sri Lanka. The training through a Chicago winter will be tough but it is a worthwhile cause.

If you could donate anything to this cause I and the families you will help will be exceptionally grateful!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

About the charity

Every single day, 15 people are killed or injured because of landmines and other explosive weapons. Half of all civilian casualties are children. MAG finds and destroys these weapons to save lives and rebuild futures; helping people to grow crops, attend school and build homes.
