A group of us are going to be participating in a 50 mile charity cycle ride in aid of Multiple Sclerosis next year, and I would be really grateful for anything that you can spare to help us raise as much money as possible!

Antony 'Hula' Hammond and his partner Joanne Bown are dear friends of mine who have been affected by this illness, and myself / other riders are going to try and raise as much money as we can for a great cause.
