As many of you know over the past year I have taken part in one or two running events. At every event you see hundreds of people raising money for a variety of charities. So this year i decided it would be worthwhile trying to raise some money for the Martlets who provide Hospice Care in and around Sussex.

On top of the Brighton Marathon I am also doing the Brighton Half Marathon, Bupa 10,000, London 10k, Bupa Great South, London to Brighton Bike Ride, Ride 100, Sussex Triathlon, London Triathlon and 2 Half Marathons so any sponsorship would be gratefully received.
