Myself and a bunch of other crazy people are cycling all the way St Malo to Hendaye, a distance of around 600 miles in just a week. All of the sweat and saddle sores will be in aid of RNLI a great cause saving lives on a daily basis manned by volunteers. There will be blood, sweat and tears if our last trip is anything to go on, so dig deep and be genorous, it might just save your life one day.
