Story

Hi guys.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page (which is safe and simple to use).

After several years of false promises, I have eventually decided to take part in my first Great North Run in my home city of Newcastle.

I am aiming to complete the race in under 1hr 45mins and to raise as much money as possible in aid of Meniere's Disease, which my Great Aunty has suffered from for over 10 years.

Meniere's Disease is a long-term, progressive disease, which damages both the balance and hearing parts of the inner ear, causing vertigo, tinnitus and hearing loss.

Every penny I raise will go directly to the relatively unknown charity the Meniere's Society - and not to the well established Rob Gill Drinking Fund!

So please dig deep and donate now.

Many thanks,

Rob
