Well after agreeing to sign up as a support driver for the east to west coast challenge, I've found myself buying a bike and taking on the challenge myself.  

The Sequal Trust is a charity which has helped a change the life of a work colleagues daughter, and hearing his story is touching.  I also felt it was time to challenge myself personally and get fit, so here I am!!
