Hello,

I will be running the Great North Run for the British Red Cross.

They are a great organisation that helps people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are. They help people to prepare and cope with emergencies.Those less who are less fortunate than ourselves, probably due to no fault of their own. And if a free society cannot help the many who are poor, it cannot save the few who are rich. Think some bloke called JFK said that once.  

So please could you donate some money for me to run round Newcastle for a bit. Even if it is a quid or two, its all appreciated and going somewhere good!
