<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>If you don't know already, I've entered to run the Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 16th October in support of the Mouth Cancer Foundation.&nbsp;</p> <p>Mouth Cancer kills one person every 3 hours in the UK because of late detection. Mouth Cancers have a higher proportion of deaths per number of cases than breast cancer, cervical cancer or skin melanoma.&nbsp;The&nbsp;Mouth Cancer Foundation aims to raise awareness to help reduce the impact of this terrible disease.</p> <p>I've never done any distance running before and the training has proved consistently painful, but with your support I know I'll get there.</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
