I feel really strongly that the work done by the Prince's Trust to change the lives of benefits all of us as a society and can help reverse some bad luck, some bad choices or some injustice that would otherwise see a young life go from bad to worse.

This is my fourth year of the Palace to Palace - you see so many people with many different levels of experience on this event who all care about this cause. I am always humbled by the effort put in by many of the beginners and it's one of my favourite rides of the year because of that.
