On Saturday 14th May, I am facing the Mud, Sweat and Tears of the Tough Mudder Half at Belvoir Castle for the Boparan Charitable Trust.

The Trust is a Uk based children's charity, which changes the lives of those with disabilities, life limiting conditions and extreme poverty.
