<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;"> </span><span style="color: black; line-height: 115%; font-family: &amp;amp;quot;Arial&amp;amp;quot;,&amp;amp;quot;sans-serif&amp;amp;quot;; font-size: 11.5pt;">After 6 weeks of starting the Booze Brothers Fat Challenge in aid of Cancer Research, Sam&rsquo;s condition deteriorated quite significantly. On the 14th November 2011 Sam was admitted into The Peace Hospice in Watford quite urgently. Just after middnight on the 25th of November Sam peacefully, passed away with her husband and family around her.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;"> </span><span style="color: black; line-height: 115%; font-family: &amp;amp;quot;Arial&amp;amp;quot;,&amp;amp;quot;sans-serif&amp;amp;quot;; font-size: 11.5pt;">As a family we were absolutely amazed about the level of care, love and dignity that has been shown to not only Sam but also the rest of the family.
