Virgin London Marathon 2010 · 25 April 2010 ·

Notting Hill Housing Trust houses over 70,000 people across London. It was set up in 1963 by a local clergyman who felt driven to do something about the shocking housing conditions of poor people in west London. Many of our tenants are vulnerable and isolated and need high levels of support.

Story

Welcome to my 'JustGiving' page.

I know, 'JustGiving' is a very 2009 title, but hopefully it's just as 'cool' on 25 April 2010 when I'm running the London Marathon to raise money for Notting Hill Housing.

Notting Hill Housing is a fantastic charity that provides much-needed support to London's poor and homeless.  The services provided include:

  • providing hostels for the homeless;
  • supporting vulnerable people in their own homes; and
  • developing projects which give previously homeless people a real chance of independence.

    For more information about Notting Hill Housing, have a look at www.nottinghillhousing.org.uk.

    Also, donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and secure. According to JustGiving, your details are safe with them – apparently, they’ll never sell them or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.

    So please help me and Notting Hill housing out.

    Thanks very much!
