Doing a triathlon has always been a personal goal, and having set up Fitness Universal in 2010 and with the increasing amount of charity work we are doing as a business, I felt it was time to lead from the front......or more likely the back as I am a terrible swimmer!
Yes to Life is a charity which shares the message of Fitness Universal, emphasising the importance of excellent nutrition, diet and lifestyle in giving you the best possible change of a long and healthy life free from chronic disease.
They provide people with Cancer invaluable information on the options available to them in terms of treatments they may not otherwise be aware of.
Together we are screening films around London raising awareness of the importance of diet and nutrition and also more importantly, raising cash for people with cancer who need information on their treatment options, which Yes to Life do a fantastic job of providing.
I hope you agree that it is a great cause and one deserving of a donation, not to mention the fact that I am doing my first Triathlon in the dirty Thames having not ridden a bike for 10 years!!
